We publish our prices because surprises don’t belong in a survey. Domestic work starts from £513.60 (VAT included) for a four-hour minimum visit and most of it is recoverable through your buildings insurance.

Buildings insurance typically includes “trace and access” cover the cost of finding a hidden leak and reaching it. For most domestic escape-of-water claims, the survey is recoverable, so your real outlay is far less than the headline price.
